Audition Information
We’re always looking for new, talented, and fun singers to join What’s on Tap! We have a rolling audition process throughout the year. So, if you’re a singer aged 22-35 with mad singing skills, send us an e-mail via our contact page to schedule an audition!
Initial auditions are held with a few group members and you will be required to:
- Sing a verse and a chorus from two contrasting songs that you would hear on the radio
- Do several warm-up, aural, and sight-reading exercises
- Learn and sing a section from one song from the group’s repertoire
You may also be asked to attend a call back audition with the entire group and would have to do the following:
- Sing a verse and a chorus from one song from your audition and one new song
- Sing one song from the group’s repertoire with the group that you will learn prior to the audition
- Learn and sing other songs from the group’s repertoire with the group
After your audition, we will e-mail or call you with the results. We look forward to hearing from you!
